Summary

As a Marketing Client Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing client relationships, understanding client objectives, and leading project teams to execute creative projects flawlessly.

Learn and Leverage

Conduct Zoom meetings with clients to understand their content objectives.
Developing strategies and campaigns to achieve client goals.
Post to social media channels on the client’s behalf.
Prepare targeted emails in Mailchimp/Constant Contact or similar.
Identifying new business opportunities with existing clients.
Analyzing campaign data to optimize campaign performance and generate insights for clients.
Write high-value content designed to educate the reader.
Providing exceptional customer service to clients.

Requirements

At least 2 years of experience in a similar Marketing Manager role.
Strong B2B writing skills.
Strong project client management experience and skills.
Knowledge of digital marketing channels and strategies.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to understand client business objectives and develop marketing strategies to meet them.
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to generate insights.
A passion for delivering high-quality work to clients.
Experience with Monday.com preferred.
